Philosophy

At Cochran Storage, we treat our customers the way that we would want to be treated. For starters, you only pay for any day you have a unit leased. So, if you suddenly need to move out in the middle of the month, you will receive a pro-rated check back for any paid in advance days. You will NOT hear from us that you have to give advance notice of move out. This is our promise and our differentiator from other storage companies.

While we have avenues for you to purchase insurance on your stored goods, it is not required that you do so.

We answer phone calls after regular office hours and on weekends.

All of our location sites have security cameras that are monitored during office hours and recorded 24 hours per day. AND, we have a great working relationship with local law enforcement.
